2012/2013 MINI CROSSOVER AUDI Q3
Let's cross all the finger we have and hope for this new Audi coming to the U.S. I just can picture the new crossover Audi Q3 leaving the parking lot of our Jim Ellis Audi Marietta location - inside the new proud owner.
What do you think do we have a chance to see this car in Atlanta? Would you consider it? As news told the Audi Q3 will be manufactured at the SEAT (Volkswagen Group daughter) plant in Spain and will use technical components from the Audi A4 and the Volkswagen Golf, which was just named Germany's favorite and most selling car.

NOSTALGIC PHOTO SHOOT OF AUDI LEGENDS PART 2
As promised, juts short before the old year says "Good Bye", I will post the remaining pictures from the "Zeitsprung" calendar, who was sold in Ingolstadt at the Audi Museums' shop. Last time when I checked it appeared that the calendar was indeed sold out.

NOSTALGIC PHOTO SHOOT OF AUDI LEGENDS PART 1
Imagination equals nostalgia for the past, the absent; it is the liquid solution in which art develops the snapshot of reality?
As I had mentioned in my entry post of our original Jim Ellis Audi Marietta Blog "Your Digital Autobahn", here are the rest of the photos shown in a German car magazine, provided by the Audi Museum Shop in Ingolstadt, Germany. The calendar is promoting photo shots of nostalgic Auto Union Silver Arrows on genuine race-circuit. The drivers: Hans Joachim Stuck and Jackie Icks (two European race legends) and one rock star legend: Nick Mason from Pink Floyd.

THE ALL-NEW 2012 AUDI A6

I almost feel that this quote definitely fits the newest results on DEKRA's test results in regards to finding the best car on the road. First time you'll see the AUDI A6 you will fell in love because of its beauty. The second time you do it because of the money, meaning that there is nearly no other car out there which combines elegance, sportiness and luxury bundled at an affordable price - and last but not least companionship, because the AUDI A6 was once again the Top of all Classes during the latest DEKRA test.
THREE TIMES in a row that the AUDI A6 manages to claim the top spot in the DEKRA report. DEKRA's specialists seek to find the vehicles with the fewes t issues over a high mileage.
Here is an excerpt of the DEKRA press release.
?The DEKRA experts award the title to the models with the lowest fault rate over a high mileage, thus rewarding high long-term quality. In preparing the 2011 Faults Report DEKRA will be using the new DEKRA defects index. This classification system incorporates the rating of ?considerable defects? as an evaluation criterion in addition to ?no relevant defects?. According to DEKRA, taking into account the share of considerable defects among all defects allows evaluations to be even more exact."
Because Audi is getting ready for its debut on the new 2012 AUDI A6 early 2011 here are upfront a few photos, released 3 weeks ago. One word to discribe it - BRILLIANCE.

AUDI RS4 AND AUDI RS5 RUMORS
Audi RS4 will possibly not return - according to rumors around the Audi community and the world-wide web, Audi plans to "say Good-bye" to its Audi RS4 model in 2012 and will instead get the Audi RS5 in the race for sporty, ambitioned Audi drivers.
However, we are happy to share some of the official RS5 photos, released by Audi and emgCarTech.

AUDI E-TRON AND E-DEN CONCEPT
Audi Concept e-den - a recharge (refill) station for Audi's future e-tron EV's. Want to learn more about the "e-den" read Jim Ellis post about the "gas" stations of the future here.
Beautiful pictures and impressions on a vision concept. The car displayed here is the latest prototype on Audi's new EV "the e-tron". Plans to have casual and comfortable lounge area spread out are existing as well. Get ready for a new roadside experience.
