"My experience in purchasing a 2008 A-4 from Bob Harris in February 2009 could not have been better. First, he pointed out to me that the Audi I intended to trade had been wrecked, thus greatly lowering what I had expected to receive on trade. I appreciated his integrity in pointing out this disappointing news, and I believe the dealership offered me a fair price. Mr. Harris saw that the 2008 was given the inspection required to sell it as certified, which never would have occurred to me, and while that was being done treated me to lunch. Not that I expect to be treated to a meal as part of a car-buying experience, but this was all certainly much different than any previous car purchase I had ever made; it was straightforward, friendly and professional.
